Follow up: tasks and further leads
A task reminds you or a colleague of the next step. A further lead with a customer records a new attempt, separate from the first.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Open the lead or customer and tap Create task in the Tasks section. On a lead, Plan action works too.
- 02Enter a Title and choose a person under Assignee - or a whole department under For a department.
- 03Set Due on and the priority if you need them, then tap the checkmark at the top right.
- 04For a further lead, open the customer and tap Add lead in the Leads section. The customer is already chosen.
On the Mac
- 01Open the lead or customer and click Create task in the Tasks section, or click Create task on Home.
- 02Enter Title and Assignee, and Due on if you need it.
- 03For a further lead, open the customer and click Add lead in the Leads section.
Good to know
- A task needs a title and an assignee - a person or a department.
- A task for a department appears for everyone in it under Open in your departments. Whoever takes it over has it on their list, and it leaves the lists of the others.
- You set notifications under Settings > Notifications. Due today and overdue arrives in the morning at 7:30.
Common problems
- I get no notification about new tasks.
- Check under Settings > Notifications in miphu that the kind is switched on, and in your device’s Settings that miphu may send notifications.
- miphu does not save the task.
- A task cannot be saved without a title and an assignee. Enter both.
