Which devices does miphu run on?
As a native app on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and as a web app in the browser on your computer, Windows included. On a phone, use the iPhone app.
Where do I get miphu?
In the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac, in 173 countries and regions. On a computer, open miphu in your browser at app.miphu.com.
Who pays for miphu?
The company owner. miphu is a monthly subscription for 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50 user accounts, in the App Store or in the browser. Every active account counts, including the owner. Employees sign in with their company account. For more than 50 accounts, write to us.
Where do I see the price?
The app and the web app show the cost in your currency after you have chosen a plan and before anything is bought.
How do my employees get access?
The owner or your administration creates an account for each person in the app. The person receives an email with a link, sets a password with it and then signs in with their email address and that password.
Can I manage several companies in one account?
No. One account belongs to one company.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany, operated for us by Hetzner Online GmbH. The backups are stored in Germany too.
Can miphu create e-invoices?
Yes, for invoices in Germany. miphu issues the invoice as a PDF with the XRechnung data embedded (a hybrid e-invoice in the ZUGFeRD format) and checks both against the official validation rules before the invoice is issued. It covers invoices in euros with SEPA payment: with VAT, exempt, or under reverse charge. As a small business under § 19 UStG, you can issue e-invoices with it too.
Can I use miphu with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect your AI agent, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to miphu. You sign in with your own miphu account, and the AI agent sees only what you are allowed to see in miphu. Set the connection to “Write”, and the AI agent also creates and changes records, issues quotes and invoices and records payments. On “Full” it also deletes, archives, cancels and changes settings. You can revoke the connection in miphu at any time. It is included in every plan.
Does miphu do payroll?
No. miphu handles invoices, expenses and analyses, and you hand a period to your accountant as a CSV file. For businesses in Germany it also prepares an export in DATEV format for the tax advisor - except for small businesses under § 19 UStG, because the booking batch contains tax keys.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions bought in the App Store are managed by Apple: on iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On the Mac open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings and Subscriptions. If you subscribed in the browser, cancel in miphu under Settings, Billing.
How do I delete my account?
As the owner, in the app under Settings, My profile, “Delete Account”. Before you confirm, the app shows you what happens to the company. An employee’s access is removed by their company.
