Connect and manage AI apps
An AI app asks miphu about customers, invoices and tasks with your account. It sees only what you may see, and you can end the connection at any time.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01The owner switches on Allow AI connections under Settings > AI Connections.
- 02Connect the AI app with miphu’s server address. The AI apps page describes the way for each app.
- 03Sign in in the AI app with your miphu account, choose your company and the areas, and confirm.
- 04The connection then appears under AI Connections. There you set it to Read and write or end it with Revoke.
On the Mac
- 01Open Settings with ⌘, and choose AI Connections under Connections.
- 02The owner switches on Allow AI connections; the Server Address is there to copy.
- 03Set your connections to Read or Read and write here, see what a connection changed with View Changes, and end it with Revoke.
Good to know
- Every connection starts with Read. With Read and write, the AI app also creates and changes records. It cannot delete anything, issue invoices or quotes, record payments or send anything.
- How far a person may go is set by the owner in their account under AI access: No AI access, Read or Read and write.
- An AI app reads documents only if the owner or the administration switches on AI connections may read documents and you choose the Documents area when you connect. An existing connection reads them only after connecting again.
- When you switch a connection to writing, you receive an email.
Common problems
- The AI app cannot create anything.
- Check that the connection is set to Read and write and that your AI access allows writing. Until the owner has accepted the current terms of use, every connection only reads.
- The connection stopped working.
- It ends when it is revoked in miphu, when the owner switches AI connections off, or after a password change. Connect the app again.
