Send receipts to miphu by email
Suppliers send invoices to an address of your own. Every attachment becomes a document in the inbox, and miphu recognises e-invoices as incoming invoices.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Open Settings and tap Email inbox in the Administration section.
- 02Tap Create address, then Copy next to the Inbound address.
- 03Give the address to your suppliers, or forward receipts to it yourself.
- 04You also find the received emails later in Documents, in the Files menu under Emails in the inbox.
On the Mac
- 01Open Settings with ⌘, and choose Company.
- 02In the Data section, click Email inbox.
- 03Click Create address and copy the Inbound address.
Good to know
- The owner and the administration create the address.
- If a document number stands with a plus before the @, such as +RE-2026-0042, miphu files the attachments on that record.
- Up to 25 MB and 20 attachments per email, up to 500 emails a day. An email without attachments becomes a text document.
- miphu files every email, even if the sender check fails. It then shows Sender not confirmed.
Common problems
- The address got into the wrong hands.
- Renew it with Renew address. The previous one stops accepting emails at once; give the new one to your suppliers.
- An attachment was not filed.
- Open the email. Not filed gives the reason, such as a format miphu does not accept. Save original gives you the whole email.
