Save files from other apps to miphu
What arrives in another app does not have to be saved and uploaded again. The share sheet brings it into miphu in one step.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Open the file or photo in the other app, such as Mail, Files or Photos, and tap Share.
- 02Choose Save to miphu. If it is not in the row, look under More.
- 03Confirm with Face ID or your device passcode.
- 04Under Filed under, choose where it belongs, and under Document type what it is. For a single file you can change the Title.
- 05Tap the checkmark at the top right. You can close the sheet while it uploads.
On the Mac
- 01The Mac has no share extension. Drag the file into Documents or into the Documents section of a customer or document record.
- 02Or copy the file in the Finder and paste it into Documents with ⌘V.
Good to know
- Up to 20 files or images at once. Web pages and plain text do not work.
- By number… files a document straight onto a record whose number you know.
- Without a choice, everything lands in the Inbox, where you file it later.
Common problems
- miphu asks me to open the app and sign in.
- The extension uses your sign-in from the app. Open miphu once, sign in and share again.
- Save to miphu is not in the share sheet.
- Tap More in the row of apps and switch miphu on. It does not appear for web pages or selected text.
