Set up your company and subscribe
Whoever sets miphu up for a company becomes its owner. The owner creates an account, sets up the company and pays for the subscription with their Apple Account.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Download miphu from the App Store and open it.
- 02Tap Create account, enter your first and last name and tap Continue.
- 03Enter your email address and a password of at least 12 characters, then tap Create account.
- 04Tap Set Up Company and follow the steps: name, address, contact, billing details, logo and brand colour. Leave out optional steps with Skip.
- 05Choose the areas you use, then tap Choose a plan.
- 06Pick your plan and tap Start Free Trial or Subscribe. Confirm the purchase with Apple.
On the Mac
- 01Download miphu from the Mac App Store and open it.
- 02Click Create account and enter your name, email address and password.
- 03Click Set Up Company and follow the steps up to Choose a plan.
- 04Pick your plan and confirm the purchase with Apple.
Good to know
- The company is created only once Apple confirms the purchase. Until then, miphu shows that it is waiting.
- The App Store shows the free first month and the price after it before you buy.
- The plan belongs to the company, not to a device. You sign in with the same account on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- Your email address is confirmed in the background. It has to be confirmed before you add team members.
Common problems
- I have already paid, but there is no company.
- Tap Restore on the plan screen. miphu then asks Apple for your purchase again.
- I want to run several companies.
- One account belongs to one company. A second company needs an account of its own.
