Company details, logo and invoice numbers
What your documents show comes from the company details. Without a tax number or VAT ID and without a number series, miphu issues no invoice.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Open Settings: on the iPhone through the gear at the top left of the home screen, on the iPad at the bottom of the sidebar.
- 02In the Administration section, tap Company details, then Edit in the ⋯ menu.
- 03Enter the address, Tax number or VAT ID and the bank details, and confirm with the checkmark.
- 04For logo and colour, tap Logo and brand colour under Administration.
- 05The owner sets up the number series under Administration > Invoice numbers.
On the Mac
- 01Open Settings with ⌘, and choose Company.
- 02In the Profile section, click Edit… and enter the details.
- 03Change logo and colour under Logo and brand colour with Edit…
- 04The owner sets up the number series in Invoices with Number series… in the ⋯ menu.
Good to know
- The owner and the administration keep the company details. Only the owner and accounts with the Finance right change bank and tax details.
- After the first issued invoice, the number series is fixed.
- Under Advanced, the owner can give corrections a number series of their own and let the numbers start again each year.
Common problems
- I do not see the Administration section.
- Only the owner and the administration see it.
- When issuing, miphu says the number series is missing.
- The owner has to set it up once. After that, everyone with the right can issue invoices.
