Subscription, seats and storage
The subscription belongs to the company and runs through the owner’s Apple Account. The plan sets how many accounts can be active.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Open Settings and tap Billing in the Administration section.
- 02For more seats, tap Change plan and choose the larger plan.
- 03If miphu did not pick up a purchase, tap Restore purchases.
- 04Storage is under Settings > Storage. The owner adds miphu Cloud there.
On the Mac
- 01Open Settings with ⌘, and choose Billing.
- 02Click Change plan or Restore purchases.
- 03Storage and miphu Cloud are under Storage.
Good to know
- Plans for 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50 accounts. Every active account counts, including the owner’s; deactivated ones do not.
- Each account includes 25 GB of storage. miphu Cloud adds 500 GB, 2 TB or 5 TB.
- From 80 % used, miphu tells you. At 100 %, miphu takes no new files; reading, sharing and exporting still work.
- You cancel with Apple: on iPhone or iPad in Settings under your name and Subscriptions, on the Mac in the App Store under your name. Manage subscription with Apple takes you straight there.
Common problems
- I do not see Billing.
- Only the owner manages the subscription.
- I need more than 50 accounts.
- Write to us. With larger companies we sign a contract directly.
- More people are active than the new plan allows.
- Before moving to a smaller plan, deactivate the accounts you no longer need.
