Sign-in, password and email confirmation
You sign in with your email address and password. You set a new password in the browser through a link in an email.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- 02Enter your email address and tap Send link.
- 03Open the link in the email and set a new password in the browser.
- 04Then sign in in the app with the new password.
On the Mac
- 01Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, then Send link.
- 02Set a new password through the link in the email and sign in.
Good to know
- A password has at least 12 characters.
- You confirm your email address through a link. If it is not confirmed yet, Settings > Account shows a note with Resend.
- A new team member sets their password through the link in the email they receive when their account is created.
Common problems
- No email arrives.
- Check your spam folder and the address. For security reasons, miphu does not say whether an address has an account.
- miphu says there were too many attempts.
- Try again later.
- After signing in, I see Subscription ended.
- The owner chooses a plan to keep using miphu. As an employee, contact your company’s administration and then tap Check again.
