Create articles and keep stock

Articles appear in quotes, orders and invoices with their price. If you keep stock, miphu records receipts and issues along the way.

On iPhone and iPad

01Switch the module on if needed: Settings > Administration > Modules > Items, and Inventory for stock.
02Open Goods > Items, tap + and then Create item.
03Enter Name, Unit and the selling price under Prices. To keep the article in stock, switch on Keep in stock.
04Enter the opening stock in Goods > Stock with Enter opening stock in the More menu.
05Purchase orders and goods receipts are under Goods > Purchasing once Purchasing is switched on in the modules.

01Switch modules on in Settings (⌘,) under Company > Modules.
02Choose Items in the sidebar and click + (Create item).
03Enter name, unit and price, and switch on Keep in stock if needed.
04Record movements in Stock with + (Record movement), or a receipt right on the article with Post receipt.

The modules build on each other: Inventory needs Items, Purchasing needs Inventory. The owner and the administration switch them on.
Create variants from up to three attributes such as size and colour on the article with Create variants…
Up to 20 images per article (JPEG, PNG or WebP). They become public only when you publish them for your shop.
Create warehouses and storage locations under Settings > Items and inventory.
Place order records the purchase order in miphu. miphu sends nothing to the supplier.

I cannot find Goods.: The Items module is not switched on, or your account lacks the right for it. Ask the owner or the administration.
I do not see the purchase price.: It is shown only to people with the matching right.
