Export all of your company data
Your data is yours. The export is a complete copy, for your own backup or for a move.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01Open Settings and tap Export data in the Administration section.
- 02Tap Create export.
- 03When the archive is ready, download it and keep it, for example in the Files app.
On the Mac
- 01Open Settings with ⌘, and choose Company.
- 02In the Data section, click Export Data…, then Create export.
- 03Save the finished archive.
Good to know
- The archive is ready to download for seven days. At most five exports are possible in 24 hours.
- After the subscription has ended, only the owner can export.

Common problems
- I do not see Export data.
- Only the owner and the administration create the export.
- My subscription has ended. Can I still get my data?
- Yes. As the owner, open miphu; the Subscription ended screen still offers Export data.
