Orders and delivery notes
The order records what you promised. The delivery note shows what of it has been delivered - in parts too. Both are optional: an order needs no quote.
On iPhone and iPad
- 01From an accepted quote, tap Create order. Without a quote, open Sales > Orders and tap New order.
- 02Tap Confirm order, then Confirm.
- 03For the delivery, tap Create delivery in the order, check the quantities and tap Ship - or Save as draft if it is not shipping yet.
- 04For the invoice, tap Create invoice and choose what gets billed.
On the Mac
- 01Choose Orders in the sidebar and click Create order draft, or Create order in the quote.
- 02Confirm with Confirm order … in the ⋯ menu.
- 03In the order, click Create delivery…, and afterwards Create invoice…
Good to know
- Confirming fixes the content and PDF of the order. miphu sends no message.
- A partial delivery is normal: the rest stays open in the order. What will not come, you take out with Close remaining.
- When you ship, miphu takes the goods out of stock if you keep stock.
- Orders and delivery notes are areas of their own. If you do not use them, a quote goes straight to an invoice.
Common problems
- I cannot find Orders or Delivery notes.
- The area is not switched on for your company, or your account lacks the right. Ask the owner or the administration.
- How do I bill only part of it?
- Tap Create invoice and, under What gets billed?, choose for example the delivered quantity or Choose quantities.
